Refund Policy

This is the D12 baseline and is pending legal review before launch.

If the operator fails or cancels

You receive a full refund of the deposit. This covers operator cancellation, failure to perform, and cancellation for a reason within the operator's control.

If you cancel

A client cancellation after confirmation is non-refundable. The deposit secures the operator's capacity, which they have taken off the market for you.

Where this is shown

This policy is shown in plain language on the Confirm & Pay screen, and you acknowledge it before any payment is taken.
